Look 3 Toile

There is some proportion issue with the toile. First of all the band is 4cm longer when model put it on.

The bodice is a bit loose and long, I will shorten it at least 4cm.

I’m happy with the flare effect that the mesh fabric provides. However, I wish the flare is bigger and add in more godet. I feel like the length of the skirt is flattering but compare to the illustration, the finishing band should be bigger.

Moreover, the front piece should be slimmer. The purpose of that piece should be a decoration piece instead of a large panel.

As for actual garment finishing, I’m planning to bind the skirt hem as a whole piece instead of binding them one piece by one piece.
