Look6 Actual

I started the look with the inner two pieces. The pocket was clean finished by French seam and the opening is an invisible zipper at back. The corset was cut double layers. The outer layer was fused with hard interfacing and

the lining layer was fused with the soft tricot interfacing. The invisible zipper was

left long at back so it allowed the head go in and the zipper was button back on later. Before clean finished the corset, I bead the front bustier. Surprisingly the color works very well on the white fabric.

Front panel and yoke was cut double layers. The fabric is not enough so I decide to add a seam for the inner layer. Collar was ironed open seam and attaches them together by hand stitching. The sleeve was clean finished by a cuff. I’m planning to add a bow knot on the cuff once the fabric arrived.The final look is like this. The fit of the jacket is really nice because I change the pattern from look2. Round collar works better on the jacket. It creates a feminine and elegant look.
