Poster Design For Hong Kong

The whole idea of this poster is to showcase that Hong Kong is a city that maintain their traditional culture but also open to the new technology.

The original picture was taken from the Woolmark resource center. They level is really high and they have a clean and nice French windows which have a perfect view that shows the high-rise buildings as well as traditional housing in that district. The weather was really cloudy that day so I add some more filter to emphasize on the “retro and vintage” part of Hong Kong.

After that I use Photoshop to create a futurist “night view” of Hong Kong. By layering it together, it gives people this “virtual reality” idea.
